Tucked away in the tranquil hills of Urrácal, in the sun-drenched province of Almería, Almanzumo is a small, independent maker of artisan fruit squashes and cordials. Inspired by the rich botanical traditions of the British countryside and rooted in the Mediterranean soil of southern Spain, we craft every bottle with care, character, and a deep respect for nature.

At Almanzumo, we specialise in British-style cordials made from real fruits, herbs, and botanicals—many of which we grow ourselves right here on our land. From fragrant lemon balm and mint to wild thyme, elderflower, and rosemary, we harvest each ingredient at its peak to create layered, refreshing flavours that are as nostalgic as they are original.

Though we call Spain home, our heart is in two places: the gentle hills of Andalusia and the hedgerows of Britain. Our range of cordials celebrates this blend of influences, with classic flavours like rhubarb & ginger, blackcurrant, elderflower, and dandelion & burdock—each with a sun-kissed Mediterranean twist. We believe in preserving the traditional character of these drinks while embracing the bounty of our Spanish surroundings, including vibrant citrus, local pomegranate, and wild herbs.

We are firm believers in small-batch production and honest methods. Every bottle of Almanzumo cordial is made using simple, natural ingredients—no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners unless absolutely essential. Just fruit, herbs, a touch of sugar, and a lot of love. Sustainability is also important to us: we use recyclable packaging and grow our herbs with environmentally mindful practices.

Our cordials are versatile and easy to enjoy—perfect for mixing with still or sparkling water, pairing with gin or prosecco, or even drizzling over desserts and baking creations.
